How to Use?
Ensure eyelids are clean and dry before application.
Remove the applicator and wipe off any excess at the edge of the cap.
Starting at the inner corner of the eye, draw a thin line along the lash line; extend outward for a wing if desired.
Allow to dry for a few seconds to set the line.
